The design of the Eau Spa was tasked to mesmerize the senses into a state of awe. The design team established a Neo-Baroque-adult-wonderland theme, creating an experience beyond the hotel experience. Lighting Design was provided for the spa, retail, fitness, salon, relaxation lounges, and treatment rooms.

The courtyard transforms for special events. A polished stainless steel sundial straddles the 2” deep pool. The underside of the sundial is perforated with the phrase “love yourself” and the phrase is legible in the reflection of the pool at night. CM KLING worked closely with the architect and the sculptor to install fiber optic lighting and a reflector inside the sundial to create this surprising effect.

At reception, a grand rotunda is a 30’ tall copper leaf dome with an central oculus (both have dimmable warm white LED coves). Each treatment room can change color and guests can choose from an array of preset shows including sunset (slow fade through warm oranges and reds) or under water (fade through blues and greens).
