In 2015, Cooley opened a Washington D.C. office, located above the historic Warner Theatre. The office winds around massive steel trusses painted blue. Lighting dramatically highlights the architectural features of the space, especially the exposed trusses. An employee lounge in the southwest corner allows the entire Cooley staff to enjoy the best sunlight. Daylighting and individual controls in private offices optimize efficiency.
