80 M Street is the first commercial office building constructed from mass timber in Washington, DC. This project encompassed a 3 story vertical expansion on an existing office building that remained open and occupied. 105,000 sq ft in the expansion this project also included a complete refresh of the lobby and main entry, conference center and fitness center.

80 M Street has achieved LEED Gold, Energy Star, Fitwell and Wired Score silver.
