13|U is a new 129-unit rental apartment building on the vibrant U Street corridor in Washington DC, one of the city’s hottest areas for nightlife and entertainment. The residential lobby fronts on to U Street and is flanked by shop fronts and retail entrances. The exterior design of 13|U takes its cues from many of Washington, DC’s most iconic apartment houses.

The design team set to create boutique-style apartments with luxury residential amenities including a club room, fitness area, below-grade parking, bicycle storage and a rooftop pool.

The lighting accentuates the comfortable glamour of the design with warm, bright finishes as well as warm color temperatures.
